About Kundalini session:

Kundalini sessions start by tuning in with the Adi mantra followed by the protection mantra to prepares us for a meditative state, bring us into the present moment, and to create positive and protective vibes. Tunning in will be followed by warmups, followed by Pranayam (breathing exercises) then powerful Kriya which is a complete set of a combination of asanas, yoga poses, movements, breathing, & sound to balance the mind, body, & spirit. After Kriya a relaxation, Gong sound therapy, followed by a meditation

We close the class with long time sunshine song followed by Chanting mantra Sat Nam!

 

To have the best experience in a kundalini session.

Have a yoga mat or sheep skin, or any other natural material mat.

Please dress comfortable, preferable white cotton, or any light breathable material.

It is recommended to use head cover, preferable white and cotton. It helps to stimulate the 3rd eye and increases intuition.

Water, towel, & a pillow.

 

 

About Vinyasa session:

The session starts with tuning in with Aum, breathing exercise, warmups, a flow of asanas carried by the breath to promote balance, concentration, and strength, followed by Savasana, relaxation, then closing the session by chanting Aum!

 

To have the best experience in a Vinyasa session.

Have a yoga mat, or any other natural material mat.

Please dress comfortable, preferable cotton or any breathable materials.

Water, towel, & yoga blocks.
